Bridge Updates
In the previous Biweekly report, we shared our views on the need for a Stacks bridge and the challenges of our current development and aimed to resolve this issue through a community Governance vote. While finalizing the Governance page for community voting and use of vSTSW governance tokens, we heard some very welcome news about the bridge development from the Stacks Foundation.

Following this news, there will be no vote held for bridge development through existing governance proposals, and an in-depth review of the compatitbility of Allbridge’s specifications supporting the Stacks bridge and Stackswap’s tokens (both ERC-20 and SIP-010) will be conducted.
Allbridge’s technical specifications work with the Stacks bridge and will include verifying interoperability between the ERC-20 and SIP-010 token protocols.
Building such a blockchain bridge will be an important technical element that enables communication between blockchains and will help ensure the smooth movement of assets and data.
Stackswap’s team is expected to accelerate the implementation of these technologies, facilitating more secure and efficient network connections. We appreciate the Stacks Foundation’s effort to support the creation of such a bridge, and the Stackswap team will prepare to work in conjuction for the greater growth of the Stacks network. This process will contribute to improving blockchain interoperability and expanding community participation, supporting the growth and stability of the overall Stacks ecosystem.
UI Updates
Work is in progress to update the Stackswap website’s UI to improve user experience and convenience by making full use of the characteristics of blockchains. The current design draft has been completed and is undergoing the process of optimizing and fine-tuning each function and item. This update will provide users with a faster and more stable trading environment, and further highlight the platform’s core values.
The upcoming UI update will greatly enhance the technical details, but also the intuitiveness and efficiency of the user experience. The specific schedule and details of the update will be announced through a later announcement.
